reached home this morning from guard duty. pretty tiring. it was so damn bored doing duties on weekends cuz i only spent a few hours doing the real thing and spent the rest of the time 'sleeping'. lols in fact i was rotting away from time. argh..bored..
anyway, stayed home for the whole of today. didnt have much mood to go out and meet my friends cuz most of them are busy. stayed home and watch the 'band of brothers' again. storyline was good as it was a true story, however more actions have to be put in place to illustrate more lively on the real situation.
hmmm, dont know what to say already. lols quite moodless and restless. next week will be the test week with the summary exercises to test us on what we had learnt for the past few weeks. very important. hope i can pass all of the tests. haha i dont wish to repeat the course again like some of them. =X okay, nothing much though, shall end here bah. =)
ps: i dislike them taking out my weekends! argh!

here's the update for this week..
totally PISSED. with everything inside out. with the system it has, and those very inflexible rules. and i have absolutely no power nor in any position to even speak up for myself. and even right now, i cant identify who the 'it' is and im sure those who are reading this will understand what im saying if u have experienced it or heard it from me. now the system has upgraded itself to a higher and stricter level. all thanks to one guy who wrote something 'directly' to someone up there and got convicted for doing so.
okay, the reason why im pissed is because i have no idea why they wanna make us run here and there within such a short time. and worse of all they failed to inform us beforehand and there was a confirmation of us going on liberty. we were being called back within a short time and were allowed only a short time to go back in. ridiculous! and i did so.
and this time round, i took a cab down and halfway thru the phonecall came and told me to head back home. wth..i just board the cab with 4dollars in the meter. -.-! zzzz totally sianzzzz tml got duty again, argh..cab fees again!be back again on sunday.

last week didnt have chance to update about tiangy's birthday. hahaha hope u have enjoyed the birthday we have planned for u tiang! and the video! xD seems like everyone has enjoyed that night at wy's condo. well planned by jin..haha
well, that was quite a fun night as i really enjoyed myself laughing at wy..LOL okay la, wy is really humourous that day. hahaha lots of funny stuffs came from him. really lucky to meet this kind of friend in our group cuz he nv fails to bring us laughter.
anyway, that night i booked in..finally with a smile on my face. my fellow bunk mates are wondering why i was wearing that smile on my face. i dont think they can understand anyway. =X it was just pure happiness. =)

A Long Week is Finally Over....
yes! finally a long week has passed and last week was pretty horrible i suppose. lazy to even think about it. let alone say it. hahaha anyway had a fun time with my friends today~
yeah, karen has just shifted her house to sengkang. haha quite a piece of good news cuz its nearer to my house. LOL finally got a friend whose house is near to me. well, im staying in punggol, quite a remote place with lots of highly educated people and i dont really quite like them. =P hmmm looks like my place has rarely a few friends who stayed real nearby. hahaha
anyway, went to her house just now with some of my bcube buddies. wahaha monopoly was great till now! that game was really fun. it shows that anything could happen and it all depends on ur luck to throw the dice. and very very coincidently, some of the players will spin the same number througout a few rounds and its always that same number which will keep appearing! LOL whereas some was really bad luck and drew quite a bad 'community chest' cards. haha and we also discussed about the significant event that will be happening tml..i cant say now..cuz someone that is not suppose to know the happenings may be reading this. =X
finally, i reached home first after so many gatherings. cuz im always the last as i was staying at the extreme end of northeast. LMAO! Finally im home at last! hahaha better enjoy my weekend loh!

REFLECTIONS....
okay here's a correction for the previous post..hahaha just now was on fire. cant control myself just now.
saw my friend's posts on his army life. really pity him man. now i know how shitty ur camp is. lol with such a low welfare standard, i can understand how u feel. the most ridiculous thing about the camp is that they cant even use handphones! wad the hell..damn jia lat. =X good thing about my place is that at least we can use handphones. hahaha
anyway, to think of it now, there are really many pple around me who didnt get as much benefits as me, or to simply put it the other way, they suffer more than me. to me, at my present lvl, perhaps i couldn't see it. its through sharing experiences that we can know more about other pple and how they have done. there are really many diff pple in this world. too many to be named. be it character or personality, there are millions and trillions of differences. not everyone is the same.
but since im already serving the NS, might as well endure and pull through all these nonsense. to think of it in the positive light, maybe its through all these hardships and mental tortures that build us up as a tough man. a soldier who is able to fight aggressively. to prepare us for our future endeavours, and to face hardship without dropping a drop of sweat. or maybe the small benefit is that we get more pay than those who didnt serve NS in the future. LOL
hmmm, im going back tml for duties. its gonna be another boring week again. i better make sure i pass the swimming cat test next week, so that i wont suffer during every morning and weekends. I WANT FREEDOM! I WANT LIBERTY! 我要自由！

loooks like this week's blog post isn't gonna be nice to read. lol have lots of things or rather complains to say. but suddenly my mind just went blank and all the complains i had on my mind for the last week has gradually went to the back of my head. =P
anyway, last week was really moody and lots of aggression and impatience coming out from me. i was really frustrated at the things and the system the Navy has. to put it in a nice way, i should say that the system is really 'loopholeless' and very inflexible. i dont know why they should confine us for the saturday just for one physical training lesson when they can easily take time to conduct on weekdays. i just dont know why they must eat up all of our free time to do all these things. since we had so much time during our weekdays, why not they plan the physical training on weekdays instead? just dont understand...
anyway, my weekend for this week is really a short one. less than 20 hours left before i book in for the lame duties. -.- we are really quite unlucky. really unlucky. why must our duties fall in weekends? especially our precious sundays. we hardly have time outside and they just like to take all that free time from us. even my friday evening..where everyone else books out..we stayed in our cabins rotting and not doing anything. i just wanna have my simple wish of booking out even for a few hours just to have dinner with my close friends.
having been 3 weeks in there, i finally see through the real colours of the life there. it doesnt seem great as it seems. its just another place which deprives us of freedom. a place which brings sorrow. a place where we were being treated .. like free labours. so what if i complain? it will still stay the way it is..too bad im just another lowest life form there..even an ant has more freedom than me. =S what can i do? i just had to grit my teeth and endure for the next 5 weeks or so..ENDURE!
ps: im really quite pissed off with the life i had now.

oh yes! finished upgrading my blogskin liao..wahaha! i like this skin pretty much cuz its cute and the colours are matching. yeah, lucky that i've found a new skin. lols
well, i went for my cousin's wedding dinner held at the amara hotel which was somewhere near outram yesterday. the settings are pretty fresh, instead of holding the usual dinner indoor, they had it outdoor at the rooftop. though it was pretty hot cuz i was wearing 2 layers of clothings, however the scenery is nice and majestic. haha the dinner itself is also quite interesting. unlike the traditional wedding dinner which is required to be served by the waiter or waitress, they decided to put up a buffet dinner for us to choose our own food. xP
the food there was pretty delicious and nice looking. there are also many different varieties like sushi, chinese and western types of meals. wahaha as of course, since im a sushi lover, of course i take sushi la! not bad, the sushi taste pretty good and there are many many many prawns!! mayonaise prawns somemore! had my stomach filled with prawns yesterday. xD! hahaha
yeah indeed a new style of wedding. perhaps next time the wedding dinners will be even more unique and special. haha
hmmm, today is my book in day AGAIN. zzzzz sometimes i wonder if navy is a good place for us. i have no objections in entering the navy and i quite like navy as compared to army. the thing is however, the pple there in navy are not as 'close' as when im in the army. although they say we must have teamwork in navy, all i see is the 'selfishness' built up in each individual! im pretty disappointed with some of my coursemates as they have shown a high level of selfishness and refuse to coorperate and refuse to obey instructions. really disappointing. looks like i had to bear with all these nonsensical pple for the next 1 and a half months before i actually get to another place which i hope its better than here. shall see then..
i also observed that more and more pple are getting attached recently. perhaps the love god has decended to this world to match up pple. hahaha as of course, that is an assumption. well, hope my turn will come soon and i will keep finding..the queen of my heart. xD

yesterday finally managed to book out after my tense and much awaited day for the celebration of ruyu's birthday. hahaha i was really lucky this time round cuz quite a few of my fellow trainees got confined for the defaulter's parade conducted by the ISM. really sad man. i was the really lucky one who didnt get caught walking under the shade which we were not supposed to. =P
yeah after my delayed book out which was around 1hr late =s, i rushed down to chomp chomp in the cab and luckily i still managed to reach there on time. xD haha that night was the special night for ruyu cuz she's the main character for the gathering. managed to eat nice and tasty food at chomp chomp which i longed for the past 3 weeks. After which we headed down the street to 'ice cube' to have our ice creams. LOL indeed delicious! although the food in Navy is pretty good, however as the weeks goes by, i will get pretty sick of it. xP and furthermore, the naval chef is on MEDICAL LEAVE for god's sake! pls come back quickly or we'll had a hard time tasting those awful meals that the new chef has prepared. SOS! ...---...
okay that's the distress signal for saving our souls in the morse code format. =P hmmm today shall be quite a special day too cuz today is 07 07 07!!! it only happens today! and no further dates will have the same digit as today anymore. not even in a thousand yr, not even in a million or billion or wadever 'lion' years to come. LOL heard alot of pple are getting married today including my cousin. xD yeah it shall be a good day for everyone! 070707 =)

just came home from city..haha this weekend is super duper busy! almost spent my whole weekend outside. wahaha very very fun weekend! =D
yeah, went to watch the Transformers with jh wx ry ym and mitch. very very nice movie. i would give a 4.5/5 rating for it. besides a good storyline, it has a fantastic action scenes with fighting. a movie which most adults will like besides the kids. hahaha after which we went to dhoby ghaut to chill and chat for about 2 hrs! LOL nv spent such a long time chatting liao. =P anyway had a nice time sharing our past experiences and many other stuffs.
well, yesterday went to andy's house for mahjong session again. hahaha its becoming a routine to go andy's house for mahjong session every sat night. LOL though i lost quite alot initially, but i still managed to get a profit of $0.10 at the end of the game! LMAO didnt expect that i will be so lucky at the last few rounds, at least able to take back all my losses. hahaha =D
hmmm in an hour time i will be reporting back to changi naval base liao. book in time again. -.-! hope that i will be able to book out this fri evening as my staff sergeant has told us that if we did perform well next week, we can enjoy our long weekend. and fri is quite a special day cuz some special events will be happening! i dont wanna miss that out cuz i had already missed one last time. haha so good luck to me then!~
