last night of block leave..feeling is quite terrible.. =XX maybe is the new journey that im gonna embark on tml bah..the excitement and anxiousness that awaits tml..
time passes really quickly. looking at the time now..its already june..end of june..and looking back on this yr..i've only passed bmt and its half way through 2007. really really fast..however its really fast only on the surface..but deep down when im serving in camp, the time passes really slow..slower than i could imagine..haha maybe everything is predestined.
just hope that life in Navy is not as dull as it is in the Army. perhaps life will be more colourful in there..cuz we get to go out to the open sea to the horizon and watch sunrise and sunset. too bad i cant bring a camera along..if not i can take down those memorable pictures and post it here. hahaha but then on..i will still have to fulfil my duties as a Naval operator. well then..shall see ya soon~

today i saw my posting..got pretty shocked by the news. i got posted to NAVY as a Naval Combat Systems Operator. -.- sianz...navy...my book out days will be even lesser liao. and i heard that working as a NSF in the NAVY is like working as slaves for the regulars there. all the guard duties and sai kang will eventually come to us. which means even lesser book out days..awww...i will miss my family and friends alot alot..
anyway, im much better than my other friends who got posted to guards unit, artillery unit, combat engineering unit, and combat medic..as man in the ARMY. luckily im saved from serving NS in the ARMY cuz it sucks totally. now i have no more field camps, no more combat rations, no more camo, no more soc, no more green! im no longer green! im white!! clean as a sheet..hahaha but i still prefer airforce though...my dream planes are all there...
hmmm i have no other choice but to obey the posting given by the upper levels. hope i can adapt to the lifeless life in the NAVY. sailing to the open sea..glancing at the horizon..
just came home from my grandpa's house. its his birthday today! haha finally can meet up with my relatives after soo long since the chinese new year...hope can still meet up even when im in the navy..hahaha its been nice with them..as always..

yesterday had a great day outside. hahaha its been so long since i've went out to bugis and have a great look at the place there. felt that i miss that place so much. the things there is super attractive and makes me wanna fish out my wallet to buy it. however as usual, my wallet doesnt have enough money for anything. =P
meet wx rm and wy for lunch at paya lebar. tat place is super messy right now cuz of the circle line construction. and sadly the place where wx used to eat with good food has become another place with only 2 stalls. really down on luck. haha
we had a nice chat before we went down to bugis to see look see look. LOL bugis was indeed a good place not only for food but also the things that they sell. it was pretty cheap for a branded one however it was still quite ex to us. we saw some pretty mei mei's too..hehe xP
after rushing home to change, i headed down to MOS with wy for some OCG thingy. since rm's friend last min back out, we've got an extra tag for free entry to MOS. well, that's a piece of good news to me cuz for long i've been trying to explore that place, but just dont have enough money. lols well, tat place was pretty good. the air-con was really blasting and there are many many different types of rooms for dancing and interaction. and fortunately enough, yesterday night was ladies night! wahahaha but as usual we dint really approach any girls to take their number though. =X quite a waste of opportunity. haha well, we drank quite a bit of vodka and i actually got drunk halfway thru, after drinkin that raw cup of vodka. it was strong indeed. LOL first time getting drunk was pretty okay la. my movement seems abit staggered and my vision was really doubled. and i felt really high throughout. =P my friends are worrying about if i could make it home like this, but i still made it. hahaha a drunkard could actually find his way home. not a bad experience at MOS!
well, im blogging now with a minor hangover. headaches are kinda bugging me. urgh. maybe this is how a real drunkard feels if the effect is multiplied 5x over. LOL afterall, that day was spent worthwhile. xD

went for my section frens outing today. watched Fantastic 4 - Rise of Silver Surfer at the Cathay. it was a pretty good movie from hollywood, as usual the actions stuffs and the talkings. haha but overall i find the show okay la. not very nice but still acceptable. hee it was abit lame at the ending too. xP
after which walked down to paradiz centre to play lan! wahahah soooo long nv play liao, getting a bit rusty le. DotA has already come out with the 6.44b map version and im still at version 6.38b. -.- looks like im really really super outdated. =X well, i've no time for games at this moment. hahaha the country takes up lots of my time. too bad. =P and i've also tried out this Battlefield 2 game which as much nicer to play than cs. its about accomplishing mission with ur teamates and teamwork is very much needed for this game unlike cs. and..i've also tried NFS carbon. wow superb graphics! to think of it now, look like im really out of date with those games liao. hahs anyway i've played the most realistic ever game in the army. =P! shooting live rounds with real rifles and doing those tactical movement in real life battle scene.
after our game we went back to plaza sing to have our dinner. guess what, we actually went to Aijisen restaurant to eat ramen. LOL despite our pockets having such a BIG hole, we still dare to spent the remaining on ramen. not bad, the ramen was great and it was really worth spending so much on one bowl. hahaha in fact, one bowl cost me 10 plus bucks without the sidedish. =O
hmmmm, not a bad start for the first day of my block leave. had a nice outing with my army friends. haha hope we can still stay in contact. afterall we still went thru thick and thin together in that memorable island at the northeastern side of singapore. xD
ps: wonder how i should spend the remaining days of my block leave? hmmm....

phew~ finally finished my 24km route march. FINALLY~~! the feeling is soooooo~ its beyond words. hahaha
anyway, was feeling real down and bad about myself yesterday night while walking. cuz of how f***ed up system the army has about safety rules and regulations. in fact for every single activity which is going to be conducted on the actual day, we have to book in the day before so that we are assured of 7 hrs of rest. so, it takes up alot of our precious time. anyway i cant do anything about it even when they wanna eat up my time for my friend's birthday. all i can do is sit down and suck thumb. T_T
actually yesterday's celebration meant quite alot to me cuz finally B³ has time to go gather all at a common time. however bad new is that the hawk commander decided to shift the 24km timing to a later time. hence, all our book out will be pushed to the sat morning which is now..
however, i felt pride about myself yesterday. i've finally finished the toughest ever route march in BMT. even with blisters on my legs and abrasions all over my body, i cant feel them during the march until all is over. perhaps this is a real example of mind over body bah..okay i think i shall go rest, only had 5 hrs of sleep last night after finishing my march. =S
ps: Pain is temporary, Pride is forever!

yay! finally POPed~! hahaha today marks a very special day for us as we have officially passed out from BMT from recruits to trained soldiers aka privates la.. LOL 2 months of gruelling trainings and scoldings from our commanders have finally come to an end. the moment when we toss our jockey caps into the air marks the end of BMT life in the army. wahahaha
however, bad news still came though. urgh i was told that those who didnt complete the 24km route march have to report back in camp by 2045hours. wad the F***!! @#@^$#*&#$^#
damn sian man..when everyone has the luxury of staying outside and enjoy the life, i will be back there marching 48 rounds around the parade square. T_T bo bian la, suck thumb loh. wad can i do? lols in army we learn how to suck thumbs very well. =P
anyway, some pleasant surprises will be happening on friday. wahaha cant wait for it to happen man. even though i think i will be totally shagged after my 24km, but i shall made it an effort to push myself there even when my legs cant walk anymore. hee, this shows how impt i take that matter was. xP okay, the rest i shall update when i comes back from tat event. hohoho
ps: i think i look pretty nerdy with those pair of specs. =P who cares?

wooohaaaa~~ finally to the last stretch of my BMT life! hahaha pretty excited though. cuz i've finally getting out of my chao 'recruit' status and moving on as a private. LOL okay la the ranks dont really makes a difference anyway. =P perhaps most probably i will get posted to SISpec for my next lap of training. though it sounds quite disappointing but i hope i still have a chance to get into OCS.
looking back....BMT is really a memorable experience in my army life. cuz that is the place where i get to know more friends and share the same hardship and fun together. haha it was really enriching to look back where i have cleared everything in this 2 to 3 months time. however the sad part is that when we just got used to each other, we have to be parted again. 3 more days will be our graduation parade, our POP. after that parade, all of us will be separated le. the batch of 02/07 of Falcon company is going to graduate. everything is going to be different again. but hope that we will still be in contact. haha got time go out to zouk or MOS or soccer!
hmmm, went to chom chom to celebrate yismin's birthday on friday night. hahaha nice food!! nice stingray!! wahaha though didnt take pictures which was a pity...lol but we still kinda enjoyed ourselves despite having so little money for food cuz we need to save that money for our cab ride back home. LOL if not we will be doing route march again. =P okay la, the next entry will be due after my graduation parade! ciao~~

June day!
eh? nono should be Mayday! hahaha yup. yesterday went to Mayday's concert. JUMP!离开地球的表面. really a nice concert. everyone was HIGH~ and jumping. (haha we had to jump in order to leave the earth's surface. =P) anyway enjoyed alot yesterday night. memorable experience. xD
on the dark side..i've lost my voice totally! argh~~~~ cant sing anymore~~ T__T sadded. shouldn't have spam so much of my voice yesteryday night. haha well, i kind of deserved it cuz i have told myself to control. but its worth it to shout out loud in a concert. that is the time when can shout as loud as possible cuz no one will really hear wad u are shouting actually. LOL but next time dont do it when u are having a sore throat though. =X end up like me..cant even talk now..
hmmm, will be bookin in a couple couple of hours later at 5pm liao. sian man..still got another 8 days to go before my graduation. have to really push through this week liao. many of us have fallen sick and having fever over this 4 days of holiday. i think is probably because of the intensive training that they have put us through in the intense heat rays. to think of it now i think is really crazy to have been through all those shits. kind of feel good and proud of myself. eh eh? LOL okays, shall blog again next week then~!
