yos~ im back~ didnt get to blog the last few days cuz too busy with work. urgh haha taking about it makes me mad. saturday is my worst day ever at work. my first time arguing with a customer face to face. LOL
actually it goes like this. there is this indian female customer with her daughter who went to pay at my counter. i was really busy that time so i didnt care how i pack those things. i just put all the edible stuffs together in one bag cuz she only bought vegetables and a RIBENA sweet. in total there are only 4 items. 3 packs of veggies and tat bloody sweet. -.- ok. so i just packed these 4 items into one bag. so she paid and went off.
10mins later, there's even more customers. long queues. here she comes. barking at me and throwing the bag with the 4 items on my counter table. she barked:" hey, are u stupid? how can u mix my DAUGHTER's sweet with the vegetables? Now u see la, the BOX of sweet is wet! Now i demand u to change for me another one!"
So, i packed the things nicely for her. and here she goes BARKING again. -.-! she barked to the counter 1 staff who is my college:" U see this boy! so rude! NOT even an apology! NTUC hire such staff?" omg man, my blood was boiling to the max. So man customers behind looking at me with this lady who CUT the queue to create trouble. damn... "$*&%*#$)%#(#$*"
SO i just replied:"sorry la!"
"OK, u wanna show me attitude? i'll complain u. where's ur manager?" she barked again.
"haha, in the office, here's my name, it will assist u in the complaining. =)" i showed her my name tag. im quitting soon anyway, just complain loh. u don deserve my apology at all.
In the end she really complained, but to my supervisor. LOL! my supervisor is my fren lei. complain la! haha! stupid fool. dare to call me stupid. zzzz
Okok, enough of bad things. spoil pple's mood. haha okay back to today. well, i had lots of fun at night. Not in the day though. LOL day time is at NTUC, so..not much fun serving customers. =X
haha, actually me wx andy and yismin went to hougang plaza pool. damn nice! but not the atmosphere though -.- full of 2nd hand smokes. lol anyway today im pretty unlucky at pool. SO many MISS. and the most funny thing was that when i try to hit the ball, the chalk which we used to polish the head of the stick suddenly fly out from no where! LOL is like very sudden. and of course i miss hit the ball la. -.-! anyway i've not much time for fun le. 5 weeks left to army. damn..zzzz
Today's entry has been a pretty long one. haha well, i will miss you guys when i go in. serious. all the time we spent together. Fun and laughter. wonder if i still can experience it in the army. hmm hope we dont lose contact ba. eh..we wont...LOL =D
