After sooo many days of rain, finally....the sun can be seen shining above my flat. haha..the sunny day has finally come. however, today still cant go out. cuz my frens are all in sch and my work starts at 5. >.< how boring. yesterday also the same, today also the same. can get crazy man..lols
sometimes working in a customer service line indeed can absorb lots of experience. in this world, there are many many different types of pple. and i can only learn how to deal with these pple by facing them or by interaction. sometimes working in this line seems stressful. but there are lots of experiences in it. haha now im more independent, or rather i am always independent. lol now it feels really nice to be a customer myself. hahaha but i wont make life difficult for those pple who are serving me =X. cuz im a good person! eh yo? hahaha actually is cuz i know how difficult it is to serve a customer. tats why i try to minimise the stress by not finding problems with those who are serving me. heh.
let me write my views as a cashier working at Fairprice NTUC. lols okay, firstly my company's no.1 policy is customer service. >.< (wad crap!) lols yea sadly this is the truth. hahaha no matter wad happens, if u argue with the customer, the fault will automatically be transferred to u. and the consequences aren't light. lol so its kinda pek cek to see customers pointing at u and picking at u and u cant even retaliate. Luckily, though im a male, i still have lots of patience to bear with it. otherwise, hohoho...haha okays i think i shall end here for today. nth much to say cuz the whole day i've been at home. >.< lols hope one fine day we can go out together again. lols
